Princess Celestia - My Little Pony Friendship is Magic
This is my newest costume for myself. It's completely my design and I really love how it turned out. It's made out of a lovely silk shantung with glittery crepe back satin for the sash and glittery net for the bottom accents that you can't see here. The "tail" is made from 4 layers of shimmer organza. The crown, ears, & horn were made by my very best friend,
